Dr Kumar Bishwajit Sutradhar is a highly accomplished academic and researcher with a broad range of experience in pharmaceutical formulation technology and biomedical engineering. As a PhD graduate from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia, with a thesis focused on surface-engineered cerium oxide nanoparticles for target-specific cancer drug delivery, Dr Kumar Bishwajit Sutradhar has extensive knowledge and skills in nanomaterials synthesis, characterisation, and cancer therapeutics.

In addition to his PhD, Dr Sutradhar holds a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Technology from the University of Asia Pacific (UAP), Bangladesh, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons.) from Stamford University Bangladesh (SUB). He has many years of university-level teaching experience in different academic positions both in national and international universities. Dr Sutradhar has extensive laboratory-based research experience, having worked as a Research Assistant in the Biomedical Engineering Lab at UNSW, Australia, and Advanced Pharmaceutics Lab at Stamford University Bangladesh. He has supervised several Master's and Hon’s thesis students and assisted in experiment design, data analysis, and interpretation.

Dr Kumar Bishwajit Sutradhar has made a significant impact in his field, as evidenced by his research articles published in peer-reviewed International journals with impressive citation metrics. His research has garnered more than 1100 citations, highlighting the influence and relevance of his work. His h-index stands at 13, and his i10-index is 14. He has presented his work at international conferences and has served as an editor and reviewer for prestigious national and international journals. Dr Sutradhar is an active member of international societies, including ACN, ANN, SFB, ASBTE, and AAPS. He is also a registered A-grade pharmacist with the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council (BPC)
